Welcome to Cedar Phoenix

Cedar Phoenix, for me, is a very interesting project. My goals are to develop a site that will enable each and every user to contribute to the overall success of the site. 

About Me: This section of the site allows you to set up your profile and personal information. You can fill in links to your other sites (MySpace, Facebook, You Tube, etc).  You can also customise who will be able to see each piece of information. You can change your password and also upload an avatar from this section.

Articles: This area allows you to create, edit, publish and preview your articles. You can upload and manipulate your images in this section as well. Every article created needs to have tags, a category and some text fields filled in before it can be published. When you first join Cedar Phoenix your articles will be moderated, once you've written a few articles you will be able to publish without being moderated.

Contacts: This area will show you your friends on Cedar Phoenix and enable you to interact with them.

Messaging: This area contains your Inbox, Sent Items and Compose pages for sending emails to your friends. You can also send a private message to someone who isn't your friend by clicking on their link at the bottom of an article.
